Project

The center of operations of the premium casual brand Marc O’Polo is located in Stephanskirchen, in the South-East of Munich. Innovation, personality and quality are part of the brand values. Temme // Obermeier focused on these values when implementing the expansion of Marc O’Polo’s showroom: A coated Teflon fabric roof. They fabricated and installed the membrane for a retractable roof that has been equipped with wind and rain detectors to protect employees from rain and sun. The material used was highly translucent coated Teflon fabrics that brilliantly underline the various features of membrane architecture: providing shelter and security and, at the same time, giving the feeling of openness and expansiveness.
