Lister Dreieck project is progressing nicely!

The atrium roof now boasts a lightweight ETFE foil cushion system from Temme // Obermeier. The stunning atrium consists of four triangular “bays” that are arranged to form a large triangle and the entire building complex will soon be a fitting home to the Deutsche Bahn. This roof was designed with the ETFE foil cushion system in mind. Each cushion consists of three layers of ETFE foil membranes that incorporate a lightly printed dot matrix pattern to mitigate excessive solar gain. So although we still need to finalise some residual work including gutters, we are firmly on the home stretch!
