15 m Pyramid in Lower Saxony
An exciting new administrative, laboratory and fire brigade buildingwith a pyramid-shaped ETFE dome structure measuring 15 meters is to be built.
The experienced team from Temme // Obermeier is tasked with delivering this special dome shape with ETFE foil cushions; creating the architectural highlight of this project. The design maximises the use of transparent ETFE foil cushions to ensure that the atrium is flooded with incident daylight. The membrane configuration selected for the dome can be illuminated in colours upon demand making the BP building recognisable from afar. Temme // Obermeier put incredible amounts of energy into providing a workable solution for this exciting membrane project.
