Helaba office, Offenbach Update

The new office building of the Hessischen Landesbank located in Offenbach Kaiserlei is getting a new Temme // Obermeier atrium roof with ETFE foil cushions.

The ETFE roof has an integral shading system to ensure optimal ambient comfort for occupants.

Temme // Obermeier´s integral sun protection technology allows occupants to regulate the roof in strong sunlight to prevent overheating and allows optimal daylight to enter the building in the darker winter months.
